文化软实力视角下中国图书馆学教育发展研究

摘　　要：图书馆学教育是国家文化软实力的重要组成部分。文化软实力的构成要素包括文化凝聚力、文化吸引力、文化创新力、文化整合力和文化辐射力,图书馆学教育与这五个要素关联密切。无论从历史还是现实的角度来看,图书馆学教育在这五个方面都有良好的表现,但也存在诸如学科价值认同出现偏差、专业吸引力不强、学科创新力和整合力较为薄弱、学科影响力有限等问题。文化软实力视角下中国图书馆学教育的发展,要通过强化以社会主义核心价值观为内涵的理想、使命、职业精神教育,增强图书馆学教育的文化凝聚力;通过扩大图书馆学专业人才培养的规模,提升图书馆学教育的质量,推动图书馆学知识创新成果的社会应用,加强对图书馆学科和学科教育的宣传,提高图书馆学教育的文化吸引力;通过知识原始创新、研究方法创新、话语体系创新等途径,提升图书馆学教育的文化创新力;通过促进图书馆学与信息管理学科群及其他相关学科的交叉融合,提升图书馆学教育的学科整合力;通过利用各种对外交流的机会和平台,讲好图书馆学教育的“中国故事”,扩大图书馆学教育的文化辐射力。图1。参考文献30。Library science education(LSE)is an important component of national cultural soft power.This paper first explains the concept,connotation,and components of cultural soft power.On this basis,this article systematically discusses the relationship between cultural soft power and LSE,the problems and the future directions of LSE from the perspective of cultural soft power.Cultural soft power consists of five elements:cultural cohesion,cultural attraction,cultural innovation,cultural integration,and cultural radiation.LSE has profoundly embodied its cultural soft power in these five dimensions from both historical and practical perspectives.However,there are still some shortcomings in the cultural soft power of LSE.In the dimension of cultural cohesion,the academic community of LSE has deviated from the value recognition of the functions,roles,and contributions of libraries,librarianship,and LSE.In the dimension of cultural attraction,there is still a lack of social attention to LSE.In the dimension of cultural innovation,there are fewer original results in LSE.In the dimension of cultural integration,LSE also lacks the interdisciplinary ability to integrate the knowledge of different disciplines.In the dimension of cultural radiation,the external influence of LSE is still relatively limited.Some suggestions for the better development of China's LSE have been proposed from the perspective of cultural soft power.Firstly,China's LSE should enhance cultural cohesion by strengthening the education of ideals,missions,and professionalism with socialist core values as its connotation.Secondly,the cultural attraction of China's LSE can be continuously fostered by expanding the training scale of library professionals,improving the quality of LSE,promoting the application of theoretical achievements,and strengthening the publicity of LSE.Thirdly,the cultural innovation of China's LSE should be improved via the creation of original knowledge,research method,and discourse systems.Fourthly,LSE in China can strengthen cultural inte
