中药调剂学教学与考核方式改革的思考与实践

摘  要:中药调剂学是南京中医药大学中药学专业的中药学核心模块课程,该课程以中医药理论为指导,综合运用中药学、方剂学、中药鉴定学、中药炮制学、中药药剂学和中药药理学等课程的理论和技术,教授学生中药处方药剂的调配和服用等理论和技术。中药调剂学的传统教学重理论、轻实践,考核方式单一,学生学习的主动性不足,不能满足新形势下就业机构以及中药学一流学科对课程教学的要求。文章从教学内容、方法和考核方式等方面探讨了南京中医药大学近几年开展中药调剂学课程改革的途径和方法。从考核结果来看,以职业发展、市场需求、能力提升为导向强化教学内容,运用多样化的教学方法,采取全过程评价的考核方式,有利于实现教学角色的转变,可以充分调动学生学习的主体性,提高学生批判性思维和实践能力,提升教学效果。Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing is a core course module course in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this course comprehensively applies the theories and techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,prescription medicine,traditional Chinese medicine identification,traditional Chinese medicine processing,traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,and traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology,teaching students the theory and techniques of dispensing and taking traditional Chinese medicine prescription drugs.The traditional teaching of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing emphasizes theory over practice,with a single assessment method.Students lack initiative in learning,which can’t meet the requirements of employment institutions and first-class disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine for course teaching in the new situation.This article explores the ways and methods of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine to carry out the curriculum reform of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing in recent years from the aspects of teaching content,methods,and assessment methods.From the assessment results,it can be seen that strengthening teaching content guided by career development,market demand,and ability improvement,using diverse teaching methods,and adopting a full process evaluation assessment method,is conducive to achieving the transformation of teaching roles,fully mobilizing students'subjectivity in learning,improving their critical thinking and practical abilities,and improving teaching effectiveness.
