摘  要:药物化学是一门关于药物的研究历程、结构特征、化学性质、合成方法、构效关系和作用规律的综合性学科,是药学专业的核心课程之一。该课程所涉及的药物种类繁多、化学结构和作用机制复杂,在教学过程中学生学习积极性不高。为了充分调动学生的学习积极性、提高学习效果,教学团队在药物化学教学设计上结合混合式教学模式,通过对教学背景、教学目标和教学策略等方面进行归纳分析,综合运用问题导向法、案例分析法、自主探索法等多种教学方法,应用在线课程、合理用药服务平台、动画演示、专业数据库等信息化资源和手段,努力提升教师的教学水平,提高药物化学课程的教学质量,以期培养更多全面发展的应用型药学专业技术人才。Medicinal chemistry is a comprehensive discipline about the research process,structural characteristics,chemical properties,synthetic methods,structure-activity relationships and law of action of drugs.It is one of the core courses of pharmaceutical major.There are many kinds of drugs involved in this course,and the chemical structure and mechanism of action are complex.In the teaching process,students had low enthusiasm for learning.In order to fully mobil ize s tudents'learning enthusiasm and improve learning results,the teaching team combined the blended teaching model in the teaching design of medicinal chemistry,and comprehensively applied various teaching methods such as problemoriented method,case analysis method and independent exploration method through inductive analysis of teaching background,teaching objectives and teaching strategies.The application of online courses,rational drug use service platform,animation demonstration,professional database and other information resources and means to improve the teaching level of teachers and improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical chemistry courses,in order to cultivate more fully developed applied pharmaceutical professional and technical talents.
