摘　　要：目的探讨继续教育对医院血液净化专科护士护理技能及临床满意度的影响。方法2021年1—12月,以在宜昌市第二人民医院血液净化专科工作的护士50名、在血液净化专科接受治疗的100例患者为研究对象,均提前向护士、患者阐明本次研究内容,确定护士愿意进行长达1年的继续教育后将其纳入研究,获取教育前(患者50例)、教育后(患者50例)的护理技能评分、患者对护理的满意度、护士自我评价满意度,并进行比较。结果教育后护理技能显著高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教育后患者护理满意度评分高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教育后护士自我评价满意度大于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理继续教育可有效提升血液净化专科护士的技能水平、改善患者的护理满意度,提高护士的自我评价满意度。Objective To explore the effect of continuing education medicine on nursing skills and clinical satisfaction of hospital blood purification specialist nurses.Methods From January to December 2021,a total of 50 nurses working in the blood purification department of Yichang Second People's Hospital and 100 patients receiving treatment in the blood purification department were selected as the research objects.The contents of this study were explained to nurses and patients in advance,and they were included in the study after confirming that nurses were willing to continue education for one year,so as to obtain nursing skill scores before education(50 patients)and after education(50 patients),patients'satisfaction with nursing and nurses'self-evaluation.Results The nursing skills after education were significantly higher than those before education,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of patients'nursing satisfaction after education was higher than that before education,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nurses'self-evaluation satisfaction after education was higher than that before education,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing education and teaching of nurses can effectively improve the skills of blood purification specialist nurses,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and improve the self-evaluation satisfaction of nurses.
