摘  要:目的了解医学院校护理学专业学生中医养生保健素养现状并分析其影响因素。方法方便选取北京市3所医学院校共413名护理专业学生,使用《中国公民中医养生保健素养调查问卷》进行调查。结果中医养生保健素养总均分为74.82±15.961分。院校类别、学生性别、学习中医课程数量、家人有无慢性病是影响护理学专业学生中医养生保健素养的主要因素。结论北京市护理学专业学生中医养生保健素养处于中等偏上的水平。医学院校应改善教育教学模式,普及中医药传统文化及知识、增加中医课程设置、教授中医养生保健技能,进一步提高护理学专业大学生的中医养生保健素养。Objectives To investigate nursing students′current literacy of health cultivation(including health restoration,resilience,disease prevention,and health promotion)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and identify its influencing factors.Methods A survey using Chinese Citizens′TCM Health Cultivation Literacy Questionnaire was conducted of 413 nursing students selected through convenience sampling from three medical universities in Beijing.Results The total mean score of TCM health preservation literacy of the students was 7482±15961.Type of the university,gender,number of TCM courses taken,and family history of chronic diseases were determined as the influencing factors of such literacy of the students.Conclusions The TCM health preservation literacy of the nursing students in Beijing is at a moderate to high level.Medical universities should improve teaching strategies,popularize TCM culture and knowledge,increase the number of TCM courses,and teach TCM health preservation skills to further improve nursing students′literacy of such health cultivation.
