摘　　要：I read with interest the recently published article by Huang et al.[1]The article is very informative and has brought an utmost important insight on chronic glomerulonephritis in children.It is an interesting issue,because glomerulonephritis such as Schonlein-Henoch nephritis(HSPN)may lead to renal failure in children and adolescents.The well-presented clinical features and histopathological changes described in the article are valuable for pediatricians in diagnosing HSPN in the high-risk population.
