摘 要:乡村振兴战略是在新的历史条件下,关乎乡村发展的全局性、纲领性、指引性任务,以乡村文化振兴为重要抓手。乡村教师是链接乡村儿童与乡土社会的纽带,肩负着传承、发展、创新乡村文化的使命。面对村落物质形态的消弭、乡村教育的现代化和城市化倾向、城乡之间学校环境差距较大的现实,新生代乡村教师群体的文化性格中过多地显示出专业性和现代性成分,而忽略了对乡土文化的继承、发展与创新使命。立足于当前乡村振兴的大背景,需要正确审视乡村文化与城市文化之间的关系并树立新生代乡村教师的形象,将乡土文化渗入职前职后教育的全过程并培养新生代乡村教师的乡土认同,创设教师融入乡村社会的外部条件并增强新生代乡村教师的文化适应能力,从而重建新生代乡村教师的乡土文化性格,更好地发挥服务乡村、振兴乡村的重要作用。The rural revitalization strategy is a comprehensive,programmatic and guiding task concerning rural development under the new historical conditions,with the revitalization of rural culture as an important grasp.Rural teachers are the link between rural children and rural society,and they are responsible for the mission of inheriting,developing and innovating rural culture.Faced with the elimination of the material form of villages,the modernization and urbanization tendency of rural education,and the large gap between urban and rural school environments,the cultural character of the new generation of rural teachers group overly shows professionalism and modernity components,while neglecting the mission of inheriting,developing and innovating the vernacular culture.Based on the current background of rural revitalization,it is necessary to correctly examine the relationship between rural culture and urban culture and establish the image of the new generation of rural teachers,to infiltrate the local culture into the whole process of pre-and in-service education and cultivate the local identity of the new generation of rural teachers,to create external conditions for teachers to integrate into the rural society and enhance the cultural adaptation of the new generation of rural teachers,and the to reshape the local cultural character of the new generation of rural teachers.In this way,the new generation of rural teachers can reconstruct their local cultural character and better play an important role in serving and revitalizing the countryside.
