摘 要:无源元件的精确等效电路模型对于高速和高频电路的仿真设计十分重要,而现有建模方法在效率、灵活性和通用性等方面仍存在不足。为解决此问题,结合已有建模方法的主要优点,提出了一种统一的多层陶瓷电容器和电感器的精确等效电路建模方法。首先将电容器的阻抗函数(或电感器的导纳函数)表示成RC、RL和RLC谐振电路子网络相应网络函数之和,基于测试数据按预先确定的规则分别设置各子网络阻抗(或导纳)函数各系数的初始值,利用非线性最小二乘法对测试数据进行拟合,通过经典网络综合法和直接参数提取获得各子网络的元件值。实例验证结果表明,该方法可在5 s内实现拟合,阻抗(或导纳)模和实部的典型拟合误差均在10%以内,网络阶数和拟合精度可根据特定需要进行灵活调整,可获得导纳和阻抗完全等价的各类型电路网络,同时保证等效电路以及各元件的无源性和可实现性。Accurate equivalent-circuit models of passive components are of great importance for high-speed and high-frequency circuit simulation and design.However,existing modeling methods have shortcomings in terms of efficiency,flexibility and versatility.By incorporating good aspects of existing methods,a unified modeling method was proposed for multilayer ceramic capacitors and inductors herein to address the aforementioned shortcomings.The impedance function of capacitor and admittance function of inductor were represented as the sum of corresponding network functions of RC,RL,and RLC resonant circuit sub-networks.The coefficients were then initialized in accordance to the measured data by following predefined rules and subsequently fitting into the corresponding data by nonlinear least-squares method.Component values of individual sub-network were finally obtained by classic network synthesis or direct parameter extraction.Following this procedure,the fitting can be finished within 5 seconds with typical fitting errors of<10%for both modulus and real part of impedance(or admittance).The degree of networks and fitting accuracy can be adjusted flexibly as needed.Various types of networks were obtained with identical impedance and admittance characteristics.The passivity and realizability are guaranteed for both circuit model and components.
