摘 要:以黄冈职业技术学院建筑钢结构技术专业群为例,通过分析专业群的组群逻辑,构建“岗课赛证”融通的模块化课程体系、组建适应模块化教学的结构化专兼职教师团队、实施教师分工协作模块化教学、校企“双元”合作共同开发开放共享的专业群数字化教学资源和新形态教材、创新模块化课程考核模式等方面,探索基于模块化教学的专业群人才培养模式改革实践,助力双高专业群建设,提升人才培养质量。Taking the specialty group of construction steel structure technology of Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example,this research analyzes the reasons of the specialty group formation,constructs the modular curriculum system integrated post,course,competition and certificate,builds the structured full-time and part-time teacher team adapted to the modular teaching,implements the modular teaching of teachers cooperation based on division of labor and implementing the“dual”teaching mode of the school and enterprise,schools and enterprises jointly develop,open and share digital teaching resources and teaching materials of new form for professional groups,and innovates modular course assessment mode in order to explore the reform practice of professional group talent cultivation mode based on modular teaching,to help the construction of high level specialty groups and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
