摘 要:为探究新琼寡糖对多头月季切花的保鲜效应,以蒸馏水和10 g/L蔗糖为对照,添加100 mg/L新琼寡糖为处理液,对多头切花月季“爱丽丝”进行瓶插保鲜处理,并测定瓶插期间的花径、鲜重、水分平衡和瓶插寿命等指标。结果表明,与对照相比,100 mg/L新琼寡糖处理对切花月季“爱丽丝”花径增大效果最明显,其花径最大值为3.96 cm,瓶插寿命最长且为14.33 d,当达到呼吸高峰时的鲜重变化率为108.10%,在维持水分平衡方面最佳。100 mg/L新琼寡糖处理可以用于多头月季切花保鲜,提高了月季切花品质和保鲜效果。研究结果可为不同类型月季切花保鲜剂的使用和保鲜效应的研究提供理论基础。In order to explore the effects of neoagaro-oligosaccharides on preservation of spray cut rose‘Alice’,with distilled water and 10 g/L sucrose as control,added 100 mg/L neoagaro-oligosaccharides to the preservation solution for processing liquid,the physiological indicators such as the flower maximum diameter,fresh weight,water balance and vase life of the fresh cut rose were determined and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the control,100 mg/L neoagaro-oligosaccharides treatment had the obvious positive effects on the flower diameter of spray cut rose‘Alice’,the maximum flower diameter was 3.96 cm,the longest vase life was 14.33 days,the change rate of fresh weight was 108.01%at the respiratory peak and the best water balance was maintained.100 mg/L neoagaro-oligosaccharides could be used for the preservation,which improved the ornamental quality and fresh-keeping effect of spray cut rose flowers.The results provide theoretical basis on the application and fresh-keeping effect of preservatives for different types of cut rose flowers.
