摘 要:为推进高铁装备领域科技创新,我国将着力打造新一代更高速度、更加安全、更加环保、更加节能、更加智能的时速400公里动车组新产品。文章从高速动车组的牵引需求出发,充分考虑轮轨黏着利用、牵引加速度等指标,对时速400公里等级高速动车组的轮周功率和动力单元的配置进行计算。基于牵引系统简统化的设计思想,以中国标准动车组牵引系统设计平台为基础,提出新一代高速动车组永磁牵引系统的技术参数和牵引主电路拓扑设计方案,对牵引系统的网侧特性和逆变输出特性进行了仿真验证。结合永磁牵引系统的特点,对高速永磁电机带速重投、永磁电机转子位置角辨识和失磁预警等关键技术进行了分析和验证,成果对高速动车组永磁牵引系统的研发具有指导意义。In order to promote scientific and technological innovation in the field of high-speed railway equipment,a new generation of 400 km/h EMU is attempted to create,which is faster,safer,more environment-friendly,energy-saving,intelligent.Based on the traction requirements of high-speed EMU,considering the indexes of wheel-rail adhesion and traction acceleration,this paper calculated the wheel rim power and power unit configuration of high-speed EMU with a speed of 400 km/h.Based on the design idea of traction system simplification and design platform of traction system of EMU based on Chinese standards,the technical parameters and traction main circuit topology design scheme of the new generation of high-speed EMU permanent magnet traction system were proposed,and the network-side characteristics and inverter output characteristics of the traction system were simulated and verified.Combined with the characteristics of permanent magnet traction system,the key technologies such as high-speed permanent magnet motor with restarting at unknown speed,permanent magnet motor rotor position angle identification and early warning for loss of excitation were analyzed and verified.The results have guiding significance for the research and development of high-speed EMU permanent magnet traction system.
