摘　　要：凤香型白酒产能逐步释放,新建车间窖池结构为马牙茬,马牙茬分五次上泥。规范上泥对酒赔后期在窖池中的发酵有着较好的作用,为微生物群系繁衍提供栖息场所,以期提升凤香型白酒的产质量。The production capacity of Fengxiang Baijiu is gradually released.The cellar structure of the new workshop is horse stubble,which is slurried five times.Standardizing the mud has a good effect on the fermentation in the cellar at the later stage of liquor compensation,providing a habitat for the propagation of microbial groups,in order to improve the yield and quality of Fengxiang Baijiu.
