摘  要:试验采用菲林试剂法和DNS法分别对20个大曲糖化酶活力进行测定,并比较两种方法测得结果的相关性、精密度和准确性。结果表明,DNS法的检测值大于菲林试剂法,两种方法测得大曲糖化酶活力的结果高度相关(相关系数r=0.9918);同时两种方法测得糖化酶活力的精密度和准确度也均较好,相对于菲林试剂法,DNS法测定糖化酶活力的精密度较高,准确度稍好。两种方法均能满足大曲日常检测需求,从精密性和准确性来说,DNS法相对更优。In this study,The glucoamylase activity of 20 Daqu was measured by the Film Reagent method and DNS method respectively,and the correlation,precision and accuracy of the results were compared.The results showed that DNS method was higher than photographic Film Reagent method,and the two methods were highly correlated(r=0.9918);The precision and accuracy of the two methods were also acceptable.Compared with Film Reagent method,DNS method had higher precision and better accuracy.The two methods can meet the needs of Daqu daily detection,and DNS method is relatively better in terms of precision and accuracy.
