摘　　要：哺乳动物Sirtuins蛋白家族参与调节衰老、能量代谢等生命过程。近年来,越来越多的研究证据表明,Sirtuins家族在恶性肿瘤发生、进展中亦发挥重要作用,并因此受到人们关注。皮肤恶性肿瘤种类繁多,多数发病机制不清,因此缺乏有效的药物靶点,不利于多发、复发及转移肿瘤患者的预后。本文对近年来Sirtuins家族在皮肤恶性肿瘤发生与进展中的研究进行了较全面的概述,以期为该类肿瘤发病机理研究提供新的视角与思路。The mammalian sirtuins are a family with critical functions in modulating various biological processes such as aging and energy metabolism.Recently,this protein family greatly intrigued people because intense investigations have uncovered that sirtuins also play key roles in cancers.Skin malignancies in a great variety are lack of effective therapeutic targets due to their unidentified pathogeneses which worsen the prognosis of patients with multiple tumors,tumor recurrence or metastasis.In this review,we give a comprehensive overview of sirtuins involvements in the tumorigenesis and progression of malignant neoplasms of the skin,enlightening novel ideas for future mechanism studies.
