摘 要:采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,探析体育竞赛活动对幼儿育人价值的内在生成机制,并结合我国实情提出实践策略。研究发现:体育竞赛活动对幼儿育人价值的实现依靠“衍生-调控-生成”的链式内生机制,表现为幼儿在参与竞赛活动中,以交流互动方式衍生社会化进程;在竞技对抗过程中,以适应竞争环境为目的调控行为策略选择;在竞赛规则秩序中,借助有序性、组织性和公平性的活动准则生成健康生活品质。结合我国幼儿参与体育竞赛活动的现实困境,提出具体实践策略:为发挥体育竞赛活动对幼儿发展的“衍生-调控-生成”链式增益效应,应发挥家庭教育的先导性优势,以亲子竞赛活动衍生早期社交功能;完善学园幼儿体育课程设置,发挥体育竞赛活动的调控作用;优化课外活动的拓展性空间,在多元环境中发挥体育竞赛活动生成性效应。同时,增强幼儿竞争合作意识,构建体育竞赛“强强-弱弱-强弱”三类互助合作形式,以此优化体育竞赛活动产生的非适应性作用,促进幼儿科学健康参与竞争性体育活动,形成氛围友好、参与积极和增益显著的参与新趋势。This paper explored into the intrinsic generation mechanism of sports competitions on the value of young children’s education through literature review and logical analysis and put forward a practical path based on the actual situation in China.It was shown that the realization of the values depended on the chain endogenous mechanism of“nature-regulation-generative”,which was manifested in the socialization process derived by the children's participation in competitions through peer communication and interaction.In the process of competitive confrontation,the children could regulate the choice of behavior strategy for the purpose of adapting to the competitive environment.In the order of competition rules,a healthy quality of life was generated with the help of orderly,organized and fair activity guidelines.In order to solve problems,a specific practical path was proposed:in order to give full play to the chain gain effect of“derivation-regulation-generation”of sports competition on the children’s development.The leading advantages of family education should be brought into play,and parent-child competition activities should be used to derive early social functions.The P.E.curriculum for children in schools should be improved and the regulatory role of sports competitions should given play to.An expansive space for extracurricular activities should be enlarged and a generative effect of sports competition activities in a diverse environment be provided.Meanwhile,by enhancing the children’s awareness of competition and cooperation,the“strong-weak-strong and weak”mutual assistance and cooperation forms were built.The non-adaptive effect of sports competitions was optimized to promote the children’s scientific and healthy participation in competitive sports activities,and a new trend of participation with friendly atmosphere,active participation and significant gain was formed.
