摘  要:为了更好地了解钢渣的材料性能,探究钢渣相对于天然集料的性能差异以及对路面路用性能的影响,扩大钢渣在道路领域的应用范围,文章从物理特性、化学特性、力学特性、热传导特性等方面对宁夏建龙钢渣开展了材料路用性能及差异化研究。结果表明:钢渣的相对密度均大于3.0,约为天然集料的1.2倍,钢渣可以提高路面抗变形能力;钢渣的吸水率普遍大于1.6%,约为天然集料的2.0倍,钢渣较天然集料与沥青的黏附性更好,有利于提高路面的强度;钢渣较天然集料具有更好的强度和耐磨性,有利于提高路面的路用性能;钢渣的导热系数约为天然集料的1.7倍,比热容约为天然集料的0.7倍,在相同的条件下其变温幅度也大于天然集料,钢渣在道路施工时需要注重温控及压实效率。In order to expand the application scope of steel slag,it's necessary to grasp the material properties of steel slag,explore the performance differences of steel slag compared to natural aggregates,and its impact on road performance.To achieve these goals,the article conducted a study on the road performance and differentiation of Ningxia Jianlong steel slag in terms of physical properties,chemical properties,mechanical properties,and thermal conductivity properties.The research findings indicate that the relative density of steel slag is greater than 3.0,which is about 1.2 times that of natural aggregate,thus using steel slag can greatly boost the deformation resistance of the pavement;The water absorption rate of steel slag is generally greater than 1.6%,about 2.0 times that of natural aggregate.Compared to natural aggregate,steel slag has better adhesion with asphalt,which is conducive to improving the strength of the pavement;In addition,steel slag has better strength and wear resistance capability than natural aggregates,which is beneficial for enhancing road performance;The thermal conductivity of steel slag is about 1.7 times that of natural aggregate,and the specific heat capacity is about 0.7 times that of natural aggregate.Under the same conditions,its temperature range is also greater than that of natural aggregate.Hence,during road construction,workers should pay special attention to temperature control as well as compaction efficiency.
