摘 要:为了深入了解我国高校休闲体育本科专业人才培养发展状况,对我国9所具有代表性高校的休闲体育专业培养方案进行调研分析,研究发现:高校休闲体育专业在培养目标上存在同质化情况,在课程设置上对学生职业能力培养的重视不够,在实践教学环节上疏于对学生实践能力的培养。为此,提出完善高校休闲体育本科专业培养体系的对策:高校应根据社会需求与自身发展实际制订合理的培养目标,培养具有学校或地方特色的专业人才;加强教师队伍建设,提升课程开设的数量与质量;增设实践学分学时奖励制度,鼓励学生考取相关资质证书,增强学生职业能力;完善专业实习工作管理机制,推进构建多样化的专业实践体系,多方位促进学生实践能力发展。In order to promote the development of leisure sports of undergraduate programs in Chinese universities,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the training programs of leisure sports majors.It has found that there is obvious homogenization in the formulation of training objectives for leisure sports majors in Chinese universities,the curriculum design failed to effectively cultivate students'professional abilities,and the practical teaching is inadequate in fostering students'practical skills.To address these issues,this paper proposes that universities should formulate reasonable training objectives that based on social needs and their own circumstances,considering factors such as faculty,resources,and the culture of leisure sports,to cultivate professionals with distinctive school or regional characteristics.Incentive systems should be established for practical credits and hours,encourage students to obtain relevant qualifications and enhance their professional capabilities.Professional leisure sports talents should be cultivated through on-the-job retraining and cooperation with domestic and international leisure sports institutions,which will strengthen the professionalism and marketability of the teaching staff.Finally,the management system for professional internships should be improved to promote the diversified construction of practice systems that align with the major,including strengthening institutional development,standardizing internship activities,and building a diverse practice system to foster the development of students'practical abilities.
