社会治理创新背景下的城市社区精神培育研究

摘　　要：社区是人们日常生活的重要场域,也是社会和谐安定的基础。社区精神是基层社会多元治理主体的价值共识与情感认同,具有互惠性、自觉性和向善性等特征,对于促进人的全面发展和社会的人际和谐、巩固党的基层政权至关重要。新时代面对治理困境,加强党的领导,提高基层政府治理主体的治理能力;培育社区社会组织,发挥居民的主体性;充分利用新媒体,创新社区精神的宣传方式;将社会主义核心价值观融入社区精神的培育中,方能有效提升基层社会的治理水平。Community is an important field in people's daily life and the foundation of social harmony and stability.The community spirit is the value consensus and emotional identification of the diverse governance subjects in grassroots society,with characteristics of reciprocity,self-awareness,and goodness.It is crucial to promote comprehensive human development and interpersonal harmony in society,consolidate the grassroots political power of the Party,face the governance difficulties in the new era,strengthen the leadership of the Party and improve the governance capacity of grassroots government governance entities,cultivate community social organizations and unleash the subjectivity of residents,make full use of new media and innovate the publicity method of community spirit.Only by integrating Core Socialist Values into the cultivation of community spirit can we effectively improve the governance level of grass-roots society.
