摘 要:乡村教师的角色定位关系着乡村教师队伍未来发展的核心动力,如何准确定位至关重要。透过近百年学术研究与国家政策互动下的乡村教师角色演进历程,可以发现二者在漫长的冲突与调适中,正在趋向良好互动中的协调。在学术研究与政策发展互动中,乡村教师的角色图谱正在趋于科学一致,角色发展具有哲学意义的反复性与上升性,而且专业性与社会性角色正趋向平衡,整体趋向合理化发展。以上特征的呈现,得益于中国共产党统一领导下实施民主与集中的优势、马克思主义政策理论指导的正确性和不同利益主体基于内需形成的契约关系。由此推断,坚持党的集中统一领导,构建中国特色社会主义乡村教师角色体系;维护学术研究与政策的良性互动,架构制度化转化平台;激活乡村教师角色发展根本动力,促进专业性与社会性角色的有机融合;从问题逻辑转向理解逻辑,将可能成为推进中国式乡村教师发展现代化的发展取向。The role orientation of rural teachers is related to the core driving force of the future development of rural teachers,so how to define the role of rural teachers is of vital importance.Through the evolution of the role of rural teachers under the interaction between academic research and national policies in the past hundred years,it can be found that the two are moving towards a good coordination in the long conflict and adjustment.In the interaction between academic research and policy development,the role map of rural teachers tends to be scientifically consistent,the role development is repeated and rising with the philosophical significance,the professional and social roles tend to be balanced,and the overall orientation is rationalized.The appearance of the above characteristics benefits from the advantages of the implementation of democracy and centralization under the unified leadership of the Communist Party of China,the correctness of the guidance of Marxist policy theory and the contractual relationship formed by different interest subjects based on domestic demand.Therefore,we should adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party to construct the role system of socialist rural teachers with Chinese characteristics,maintain the benign interaction structure and institutionalized transformation platform of academic research and policy,activate the fundamental driving force for the development of rural teachers’roles,promote the organic integration of professional and social roles,and shift from problem logic to understanding logic,it may become the development orientation to promote the modernization of the development of Chinese-style rural teachers.
