摘　　要：党中央关于职业教育的重要论述和系列乡村振兴“一号文件”的出台,为职业教育融入乡村振兴实践指明了方向。乡村振兴战略背景下,面向农村的职业教育应致力于乡村人才提质培优、促进乡村人才成长发展、赋能乡村人才创新创业、助力乡村社会文化传承与振兴。然而,产业基础结构单一和层次不高、人才供给数量不足及质量不高、参与乡村文化建设力度不大与服务能力不强对面向农村的职业教育构成现实挑战。面向农村的职业教育高质量发展的策略是:强化对乡村产业的适应性,提高对乡村人才培养的质效,加大面向农村的职业教育文化传承保护和创新的力度。The important discourse of the Central Committee of CPC on vocational education and the introduction of a series of“No.1 Documents”on rural revitalization have pointed out the direction for integrating vocational education into rural revitalization practice.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,vocational education in rural areas is committed to improving the quality and excellence of rural talents,promoting their growth and development,empowering rural talents to innovate and start businesses,and assisting in the inheritance and revitalization of rural social culture.However,the single and low level of industrial infrastructure,insufficient quantity and quality of talent supply,limited participation in rural cultural construction,and weak service capabilities pose practical challenges to vocational education in rural areas.The strategy for high-quality development of vocational education in rural areas is to strengthen the adaptability to rural industries,improve the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in rural areas,and increase the strength of cultural inheritance,protection,and innovation of vocational education in rural areas.
