基于CAXA平台的CAPP课程资源开发与探究

摘　　要：CAPP是利用信息技术、计算机技术来辅助工艺人员制定机械加工工艺规程的技术。CAPP课程已被部分学校引入到机械制造类专业成为一门专业必修课。作为一门新兴课程,CAPP课程的教学资源相对其他传统课程较为匮乏。以CAXA数码大方公司研发的CAXA CAPP工艺图表为平台,结合线上线下教学实践来探究课程资源的开发流程,并以“超星学习通”平台为例,详细阐述了本门课程三种资源的具体开发内容。CAPP is a technology that uses information technology and computer technology to assist process personnel to develop machining process regulation.The CAPP course has been introduced into the mechanical manufacturing major by some schools and become a required course.As an emerging course,teaching resources are relatively scarce compared with other traditional courses.This paper explores the development process of course resources based on CAXA CAPP process chart developed by CAXA Technology Company as a platform,combined with online and offline teaching practice,and takes"Chao Xing Learning"platform as an example to describe in detail the specific development content of three resources of this course.
