摘 要:以国内某款混合动力公交车为样车,搭建了一套双行星排混合动力系统,在转矩分配时引用PID算法调节发动机转速,控制发动机工作在最优工作曲线上,实现了多种工作模式的动力控制和切换。为进一步提高公交车的燃油经济性,基于全因子实验设计对整车传动系统双行星排的特征参数、主减速器的传动比重新进行了匹配优化。最后根据现行国家标准GB/T 27840-2011《重型商用车辆燃料消耗量测量方法》,对该车型在C-WTVC市区循环工况下的动力性和经济性进行了仿真分析,结果显示优化后的公交车在保障整车动力性设计目标的前提下,百公里等效油耗降低约6.41%,燃油经济性得到显著提升。Building a set of dual planetary row hybrid power system based on a domestic hybrid bus.In order to control the engine working on the optimal working curve,PID algorithm is used to adjust the engine speed when torque is distributed,thus the power control and switching of various working modes are realized.In addition,in order to further improve the fuel economy of the bus,the characteristic parameters of the double planetary row transmission system and the transmission ratio of the main reducer are re-matched and optimized based on the full factor experimental design.Finally,according to the current national standard GB/T 27840-2011“Measurement Method of Fuel Consumption of Heavy Commercial Vehicles”,the power performance and econom⁃ic performance of this model under the urban cycle of C-WTVC are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the equivalent fuel consumption per 100km can be reduced by about 6.41%and the fuel economy can be improved significantly under the prem⁃ise of guaranteeing the power performance of the whole vehicle.
