视知觉学习治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视的效果分析

摘  要:为探究通过视知觉学习治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视的应用价值,以铜仁市人民医院2022年4月—2022年12月收治的96例屈光不正性弱视患儿作为研究重点人群,将其分为对照组(48例)、观察组(48例)两个组别。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行视知觉学习治疗,对比两组疗效。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)高于对照组,散光度低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组总遵医率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,视知觉学习治疗,可优化儿童屈光不正性弱视治疗效果,改善其视力情况,提高满意度,值得推广。To explore the application value of visual perception learning in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia in children,96 children with ametropic amblyopia admitted to Tongren City People's Hospital from April 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research focus group and divided into two groups:the control group(48)and the observation group(48).The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received visual perception learning treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the astigmatism was lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The overall compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Research has found that visual perception learning therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve visual acuity,and increase satisfaction in children with refractive amblyopia.It is worth promoting.
