摘 要:瑜伽是一项具有独特项目特点的体育运动,高校教师可以根据瑜伽项目的特点,有针对性地进行教学,以提高高校学生选择瑜伽选修课的积极性、教学质量和效果。该文主要通过分析高校瑜伽选修课的教学评价主体、教学内容、教学方式和教学价值导向4个方面,来研究高校瑜伽选修课教学评价的现状。希望通过这样的分析,发现目前评价体系存在的问题,并为构建合理的瑜伽教学评价体系提供参考。Yoga is a sport with unique event characteristics.College teachers can conduct targeted teaching according to the unique characteristics of yoga events to improve college students'enthusiasm in choosing elective yoga courses and teaching quality and effect.This article mainly analyzes the four aspects of the teaching evaluation subject,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching value orientation of elective yoga courses in colleges and universities,and studies the current situation of the teaching evaluation of elective yoga courses in colleges and universities,hoping to find the problems existing in the current evaluation system through such analysis and provide reference for the construction of a reasonable yoga teaching evaluation system.
