摘　　要：高职院校思政课程与课程思政同向同行、协同育人是培养新时代德智体美劳全面发展人才的有效途径。高职院校应根据小学教育专业人才培养目标,结合高职师范生学习能力和认知能力的现状,有效解决高职师范生指导小学生课外阅读中存在的问题,切实提高师范生指导小学生课外阅读的专业技能,培养师范生指导小学生课外阅读的综合能力,全面贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,履行培根铸魂培育时代新人的历史使命。The ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges are an effective way to cultivate talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor in the new era.Higher vocational colleges should,based on the training objectives of primary education professionals and the current situation of learning and cognitive abilities of vocational normal students,effectively solve the problems in guiding primary school students'extracurricular reading,effectively improve the professional skills of normal students in guiding primary school students'extracurricular reading,cultivate the comprehensive ability of normal students in guiding primary school students'extracurricular reading,and fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character,fulfill the historical mission of cultivating new generations through cultivatesoul casting.
