摘　　要：做好高校学生思想政治工作的重中之重在于思想政治工作队伍,建设好这支队伍有利于提升思想政治工作管理水平,提高思想政治理论课的教学质量,促进学生身心健康发展。当前队伍建设存在规章制度不完善、思想政治工作教师专业能力不足、思想政治辅导员整体素质不高等问题。高校应健全思想政治工作队伍的体制机制,提高思想政治理论课教师业务水平,提升思想政治辅导员整体素质,从而提高高校思想政治工作水平。The top priority of doing a good job in ideological and political work for college students lies in the ideological and political work team.Building this team well is conducive to improving the management level of ideological and political work,improving the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses,and promoting the healthy development of students'physical and mental health.In the process of team building,there are problems such as incomplete rules and regulations,insufficient professional abilities of ideological and political work teachers,and overall low quality of ideological and political counselors.Universities should improve the system and mechanism of the ideological and political work team,improve the professional level of ideological and political theory course teachers,enhance the overall quality of ideological and political counselors,and thus improve the level of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
