摘　　要：为响应国家对高职院校扩招的号召,深圳职业技术学院汽车运用与维修技术专业2019年进行了扩招。有必要针对扩招后凸现的问题,从人才培养目标、课程体系、特色产业学院、师资团队、教育教学、教学条件、质量保障机制等方面入手,进行研究与改革实践,为社会培养思想素质过硬、专业知识扎实、专业技能精湛、可持续发展能力突出的复合式、创新型高素质汽车运用类技术技能人才。深圳职业技术学院汽运专业实现转型升级与高质量人才培养的成功经验,可以为职业院校相关专业发展提供借鉴。In response to the country's call for higher vocational colleges to expand enrollment,Shenzhen Polytechnic University auto application and maintenance technology major expanded enrollment in 2019.It is necessary to conduct research and reform practices in response to the problems that have emerged after the expansion of enrollment,starting from the aspects of talent cultivation goals,curriculum system,characteristic industry colleges,teacher teams,education and teaching,quality assurance mechanisms,etc.,in order to cultivate composite,innovative,high-quality automotive application technology and skilled talents with excellent ideological quality,solid professional knowledge,exquisite professional skills,and outstanding sustainable development capabilities for society.The successful experience of the transformation and upgrading of the automobile transportation specialty and the cultivation of high-quality talents in Shenzhen Polytechnic University can provide reference for the development of related majors in higher vocational colleges.
