摘 要:我国高质量快速发展目标的实现,离不开具有工匠精神的技能型人才的有力支撑。在新时代语境下,工匠精神的内涵特征主要包括以梦为马、奋力前行的理想信念,尊师重道、虔诚求教的态度操守,诚实守信、勇于担当的高尚品格,勤奋好学、精益求精的境界目标。高职院校作为新时代技能型人才的主基地,弘扬和培育工匠精神是学校不可推卸的责任和使命担当。培育高职学生的工匠精神契合新时代发展所需,有助于高职学生实现更大的人生价值。高职院校应厘清新时代高职学生工匠精神培育的内涵特征和价值意蕴,审视工匠精神培育的现实困囿,并通过打造崇尚工匠精神的育人环境、校企合作转变育人理念、打造“双师型”的教师队伍和加强实践教育等路径,促进高职学生工匠精神的形成。The realization of the goal of high-quality and rapid development in China is inseparable from the strong support of skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.In the context of the new era,the connotation and characteristics of craftsman spirit mainly include the ideal and belief of taking dreams as horses and striving to move forward,the attitude and ethics of respecting teachers and his teaching and devoutly seeking advice,the noble character of being honest and trustworthy and having the courage to take responsibility,and the realm goal of being diligent and eager to learn and keep improving.As the main base of skilled talents in the new era,it is the unshirkable responsibility and mission of higher vocational colleges to carry forward and cultivate the craftsman spirit.Cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students meets the needs of the development of the new era and helps higher vocational students realize greater life value.Higher vocational colleges should clarify the connotation characteristics and value implication of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students in the new era,and examine the practical difficulties in the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and promote the formation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students by creating an educational environment that advocates craftsman spirit,changing educational concept through school enterprise cooperation,building a “double qualified” teacher team,and strengthening practical education.
