长寿命半球谐振陀螺真空保持技术

摘　　要：半球谐振陀螺是一种高精度长寿命的陀螺仪,具有小型化和轻量化的特点,最长具备连续工作15年的能力。随着半球陀螺的长时间工作,受材料放气和焊缝漏率的影响,真空度的下降对陀螺谐振子的精度影响逐渐增大,又因陀螺轻量化的要求,需要精确计算寿命期间的出气总量,以严格控制吸气剂的用量。该文分析了陀螺在工作过程中的出气类型,从材料放气、焊缝漏率、氢气渗透3个维度建立数学模型,得出工作过程中的出气总量,并建立陀螺流体模型,给出吸气剂的用量和初始工作条件。研究结果表明,对于吸气量大于4.12 Pa·L的半球陀螺,选用St172型吸气剂450 mg,可以满足长寿命工作的要求。本研究为半球谐振陀螺的长寿命真空保持提供理论。The hemispherical resonant gyroscope is a high-precision and long-life gyroscope with the characteristics of miniaturization and lightweight,and can work continuously for up to 15 years.With the long-time operation of the hemispherical gyroscope,due to the material deflation and weld leakage rate,the vacuum degree gradually decreases,which will gradually increase the influence on the accuracy of the gyro resonator,in addition,because of the requirement of gyro lightweight,the total amount of outgassing during its lifespan needs to be calculated accurately in order to control the amount of getter strictly.This article analyzes the types of outgassing during the working process of the gyroscope,establishes a mathematical model from three dimensions of material outgassing,weld leakage rate,and hydrogen permeation,obtains the total outgassing amount during the working process,and establishes a gyroscope fluid model,gives the amount of getter and initial working conditions.The research results indicate that for hemispherical gyroscope with a suction capacity of greater than 4.12 Pa·L,selecting 450 mg of St172 type getter can meet the requirement for long service life.This study provides a theoretical method for the long-life vacuum maintenance of the hemispherical resonant gyroscope.
