摘  要:全面提升思政专业人才培养质量是师范类专业认证的必然要求,也是遵循思想政治教育学科发展规律的重要表现。围绕“育人导向”的核心关切,构建“见习—实习—研习”的“三习”实践教学体系,使思政专业师范生更好地把握普通高中“思想政治”、全日制义务教育阶段“道德与法治”相关课程标准以及教学改革情况,是思政专业师范培养改革深化的应有之义、教育主体联动协作的必由之路、思政教师素质提升的关键之举。面对当前“三习”实践教学体系的有机贯通不完善、资源整合不到位、考评机制不健全等一体化贯通存在的现实问题,必须在进一步优化教学流程架构、深化教学资源协同与细化教学质量评价的过程中持续推进对思政专业师范生素养的培育。Comprehensively improving the training quality of ideological and political professionals is an inevitable requirement for the professional certification of normal education,and also an important expression of following the development law of ideological and political education.Building the practical teaching system of“three practices”—apprenticeship,internship,and research—around the core concern of“education orientation”enables normal students majoring in ideological and political education to better grasp the curriculum standards and the teaching reform related to the course on morality and the rule of law at the full-time compulsory educational stage and the course on ideology and politics in senior high schools so that ideological and political teachers can better grasp the curriculum standards related to morality and rule of law in ordinary high schools,fulltime compulsory education,and teaching reform.It is the proper meaning of deepening the reform of normal education,the only way for the interaction and cooperation of educational subjects,and the key to improve the quality of ideological and political teachers.In the face of the practical problems existing in the integration of the current“three practices”teaching system,such as imperfect organic connection,inadequate resource integration,and imperfect evaluation mechanism,we must continue to promote the cultivation of Ideological and political professionals in the process of further optimizing the teaching process structure,deepening the coordination of teaching resources and refining the evaluation of teaching quality.
