摘  要:医学检验专业学生在分子生物实验室的实习教育是极其重要的学习环节,特别是在核酸检测成为常态的时期,如何提高学生的操作技能以及检验综合素质是每位带教老师需要思考和面临的问题。作者结合分子生物学检验带教工作总结出了强化岗前培训、提高责任意识、注重动手能力培养、提高实验操作技能水平、制定考核制度、落实考核程序等教学方法,旨在为带教工作提供一些启示。The internship education of medical students majoring in laboratory medicine in molecular biology laboratory is an extremely important learning link,especially in the environment where nucleic acid detection has become the norm,how to improve students'operating skills and comprehensive quality of laboratory medicine is a problem that every teacher needs to think about and face.The author summarized the strengthening of prejob training and improving the sense of responsibility based on his own teaching work of molecular biology testing.Attention should be paid to the training of practical ability and the level of experimental operation skills should be improved.The purpose of formulating the assessment system and implementing the assessment procedures and other teaching methods is to provide some enlightenment for teachers.
