摘 要:为挖掘与稻米蛋白质含量相关的基因,以139份西北早粳稻核心种质资源为材料,基于SNP标记分析方法对139份种质资源的蛋白质含量表型数据进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明,本试验共定位到3个与稻米蛋白质含量显著相关的SNPs位点,关联到32个基因,包括1个已克隆基因和31个未克隆基因,对水稻的生长发育和品质形成有重要影响。Based on 139 core germplasm resources of early japonica rice in Northwest China,genome-wide association analysis of rice protein content was carried out to explore the genes related to rice protein content.Based on the SNP marker analysis method,genome-wide association analysis was performed on the protein content phenotypic data of 139 germplasm resources.The results showed that a total of 3 SNPs loci significantly associated with rice protein content were identified,associated with 32 genes,including 1 cloned gene and 31 uncloned genes,which had important effects on rice growth and quality formation.
