摘  要:当前高校劳动教育中的突出问题是多数高校没有开设生产劳动课,主要原因是融合型的依托课程供给不足。为加强劳动教育的“课程化”管理,浙江财经大学采取“在依托课程中专设生产劳动实训项目”的方式进行教学设计,以依托课程建设为重点组织开展了生产劳动教育课的校本课程开发;根据生产劳动课的性质,明确了课程开发的指导思想和课程目标;以新文科的融合理念为指导,提出通过全要素的融合来推进课程开发,即落实五育融合、劳动素养教育与劳动技能教育相融合、构建融合型的课程团队、开发融合型的依托课程、产教融合。最后,给出了浙财课程开发的例证。At present,the outstanding problem in labor education is that most colleges and universities do not offer productive labor courses.The main reason is that the supply of integrated dependent courses is insufficient.In order to strengthen the"curricular"management of labor education,Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics adopts the mode of"setting up production labor practical training project in the dependent curriculum"for teaching design,and organizes the development of school-based curriculum of production labor education with the focus on curriculum construction.Based on the nature and objectives of productive labor course,the guiding principles and objectives of curriculum development are clarified.Moreover,guided by the concept of"integration"in new liberal arts,we propose the concept of"total factor integration"to promote curriculum development,including the integration of five educations,the integration of labor competence and labor skill,the construction of an integrative curriculum team,the development of integrative targeted professional courses,and the integration of production and education.Finally,we present a case study of curriculum development in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics.
