摘 要:为了实现某品牌汽车后备箱加强板的轻量化设计和冲压成形质量优化,课题组根据零件的等强度和等刚度准则可实现轻量化设计,通过有限元软件Dynaform和正交试验分析工艺参数对零件成形质量的影响,利用多目标优化软件Design-expert获得成形最优工艺参数,并对轻量化前后的零件成形性能进行对比分析。分析结果表明:经过轻量化设计后的零件最大减薄率、最大增厚率和最大回弹量有明显下降,有效改善了成形性能,各评价指标均符合零件设计要求。In order to achieve lightweight design and optimization of stamping forming quality for the trunk reinforcing plate of a certain brand of automobile,lightweight design can be achieved based on the criteria of equal strength and stiffness of the parts.The influence of process parameters on the forming quality of the part was analyzed through finite element software Dynaform and orthogonal experiments,and the optimal forming process parameters were obtained using multi-objective optimization software Design-expert.A comparative analysis of the forming performance of the part before and after lightweight was conducted.The analysis results show that after lightweight design,the maximum thinning rate,maximum thickening rate,and maximum rebound amount of the part have significantly decreased,effectively improving the forming performance,and all evaluation indicators meet the requirements of the part design.
