摘　　要：实现中国式现代化是新时代的国家命题,培养高质量的乡村物流人才对于推动乡村振兴、乡村现代化发展起着非常重要的作用。从物流管理能力、物流作业能力、信息处理能力、增值服务能力四个维度构建乡村物流人才专业能力质量标准体系,为高等学校在制定乡村物流人才培养方案、开展乡村物流人才培养实践方面提供依据,为校企合作、产教融合培养满足中国式现代化背景的乡村物流人才,推动乡村物流发展,服务乡村产业经济发展。In this paper,from the four dimensions of logistics management ability,logistics operation ability,information processing ability,and value-added service ability,we built a professional ability quality standard system for rural logistics talents,which provides the basis for colleges and universities in the formulation of rural logistics talent training programs and implementation of rural logistics talent training practices to cultivate,via school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education,rural logistics talents able to meet the requirement of the Chinese-style modernization,promote the development of the rural logistics system,and serve the rural industrial economy.
