市场需求视角下高职物流人才培养体系研究--以福州地区为例

摘　　要：分析高职物流人才培养体系存在现状,在辨析物流与供应链专业基础知识、物流信息系统实操、物流机械设备使用、物流专业英文等影响高职物流人才就业的关键能力基础上,结合福州市物流企业的招聘需求,使用RP/SP方法设计问卷调研福州市人才市场需求,建立二项Logit模型。结果显示:数据分析与处理、物流机械设备使用、物流系统实操、物流与供应链专业基础知识和电子商务知识为企业选择高职物流人才时较为看重的关键能力。结合参数替代率结果,从培养体系建设、数据分析能力培养、实操能力提升、跨专业教学设计等方面提出针对性建议,推进高职物流人才培养体系建设。This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics talent training system in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of key abilities affecting the employment of logistics talents in higher vocational colleges,such as basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain,practical operation of logistics information system,use of logistics machinery and equipment,and logistics professional English,and combined with the recruitment needs of logistics enterprises in Fuzhou,the RP/SP method is used to design a questionnaire to investigate the talent market demand of Fuzhou.The binomial Logit model is established.The results show that data analysis and processing use of logistics machinery and equipment,practical operation of logistics systems,basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain,and e-commerce knowledge are the key abilities that enterprises value when selecting logistics talents in vocational colleges.Based on the results of parameter substitution rate,targeted suggestions are proposed from the aspects of training system construction,data analysis ability cultivation,practical operation ability improvement,and cross disciplinary teaching design to promote the construction of logistics talent training system in higher vocational colleges.
