摘　　要：高校体育教学中涉及美的因素很多,田径运动中所涉及到的美育知识也占有很大一部分。比如跨栏中的节奏美和速度美、标枪中的力量美、中长跑应具备的身体形态美、跑动过程中的节奏美,加上参与该项目教师需要对学生进行的心灵美教育。坚持不懈的意志品质、运动中所需要的协调性和节奏感、训练中勇于突破自己的极限,也是成为一名优秀的运动者所必须具备的。这些因素对学生综合能力和未来步入社会所需要的各方面素质的培养有极其重要的作用,如何在日常体育教学过程中更好的把“美”的因素融合到体育教学中是广大体育教师必须重视和研究的问题,从而激发学生在课程中创造和发现美的能力和热情。There are many factors related to beauty in physical education in colleges and universities,and the aesthetic education knowledge involved in track and field also accounts for a large part,such as the beauty of rhythm and speed in hurdles;the beauty of power in javelin;the beauty of body shape and posture in the middle and long-distance running,as well as the spiritual beauty education that teachers participating in the project need to give students.In addition,the quality of perseverance,the coordination and sense of rhythm required in sports,and the courage to break through their own limits again and again in training are also necessary to become an excellent athlete.These factors play an extremely important role in the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability and the comprehensive quality needed to enter the society in the future.How to better integrate the"beauty"factors into skill teaching in the process of daily physical education teaching is a problem that physical education teachers must pay attention to and study,so as to stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm in creating beauty in the curriculum.
