摘  要:目的 评估当前医学影像学专业本科生介入放射学实验课教学方法,探讨、分析实验课教学方式与教学策略。方法 以江苏大学第一临床医学院2017、2018级医学影像学专业150名本科生为调查对象,采用匿名调查问卷方式主要从介入放射学实验课学习兴趣、满意度、教学效果、职业规划以及教学方式等5个方面进行调查。结果 学生对介入放射学实验课的兴趣度高于理论课(P=0.006)。未来愿意将介入放射学工作作为终身职业的医学影像学专业本科生分布情况:非常愿意为42名(28.00%),愿意为51名(34.00%),比较愿意为51名(34.00%),不愿意为6名(4.00%)。当前介入放射学实验课教学方法存在不足之处,学生更期待通过模型进行模拟手术操作。结论 介入放射学实验课对医学影像学专业本科生的意义重大,当前需进一步探索、规划实验课教学大纲并合理高效运用,且综合利用当今医学科学技术发展是未来实验课发展方向。Objective To evaluate the teaching methods of experimental course of interventional radiology for undergraduates majoring in medical imaging,and to discuss and analyze the teaching methods and teaching strategies of experimental course.Methods A total of 150 undergraduates majoring in medical imaging from the First Clinical Medical College of Jiangsu University in 2017 and 2018 were selected as the subjects.The anonymous questionnaire was used to investigate the study interest,satisfaction,teaching effect,career planning and teaching methods of experimental course of interventional radiology.Results The students'interest in the experimental course of interventional radiology was higher than that in the theoretical course(P=0.006).The distribution of medical imaging undergraduates who are willing to take interventional radiology as their lifelong career in the future were very willing for 42 people(28.00%),willing for 51 people(34.00%),relatively willing for 51 people(34.00%),and unwilling for 6 people(4.00%).The current teaching method of experiment course of interventional radiology has some shortcomings,and the students were more eager to simulate surgical operations through models.Conclusion Experimental courses of interventional radiology are of great significance to undergraduates majoring in medical imaging.At present,it is necessary to further explore and plan the teaching syllabus of experimental course,and make reasonable and efficient use of them.The comprehensive utilization of current medical science and technology development is the future direction of experimental course.
