摘　　要：健康中国背景下视光行业的人才需求增加,对眼视光技术专业人才的综合素质也提出更高要求。人体解剖学是眼视光技术专业的专业基础课程,在人才培养中有着重要地位。目前高职院校眼视光技术专业人体解剖学教学存在课时较少、专业适应性不强、教学模式单一等问题,影响了课程教学效果。人体解剖学课程改革应以学生的全面发展为目标,强化素质培养和岗位胜任力培养。从培养具有良好的岗位职业能力和创新精神的眼视光人才出发,对接国家专业教学标准,对教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、教学资源和教师队伍等方面进行改革和实践,通过完善课程标准、重构课程内容、开发教学资源、创新教学模式、打造优质教师团队等途径不断创新,推进人体解剖学课程内涵式发展,以提高教学和人才培养质量。The demand for talents in the optometry industry is increasing under the background of Health China.It also puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of the professionals of optometry technology.As a basic medical course,Human Anatomy plays an important role in the training of students.At present,there are some problems such as weak adaptability of specialty and single teaching mode,which affect the teaching effect.The curriculum reform of Human Anatomy should aim at the all-round development of students and strengthen the cultivation of quality and post competence.Starting from the cultivation of optometry talents with good post professional ability and innovative spirit,this paper has carried out research and exploration on the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching mode,teaching resources and teaching staff.By improving the curriculum standard,reconstructing the curriculum content,developing teaching resources,innovating the teaching mode and building a team of high-quality teachers,we will continue to promote the connotative development of human anatomy,so as to improve the quality of teaching and talent training.
