摘 要:课程质量是保证专业人才培养质量的基础,是影响教育教学质量的关键因素。当前,如何保障各高校采取线上线下同步教学形式的课程教学质量,是我国高等教育教学改革的新难题。因此,将信息化与教育深度融合、提高学生满意度,进行线上线下同步式教学改革势在必行。以公共关系与社交礼仪课程为例,基于利益相关者理论,探索以学生为中心,提高线上线下同步教学衔接流畅性、保证线上线下同步教学效果同质以及提高教学管理能力三个方面探索,以提高学生满意度为导向的课堂教学设计,体现全过程、多层次、多维度考评教学环节,为线上线下同步的课程教学改革理论提供创新性实践依据。Curriculum quality the quality of professional training and education has an important impact on the quality of teaching.At present,how to ensure the teaching quality of both online and offline courses is a new challenge in China's higher education teaching reform.Therefore,education and information must be deeply integrated and improve student satisfaction and carry out synchronous online and offline teaching reforms.This paper takes the course"Public Relations and Social Etiquette"as an example,and explores student-centred teaching practices in three aspects:Improving teaching fluency,guaranteed teaching to achieve the same results,and improving the teaching management capacity to explore the whole process,multi-level and multi-dimensional assessment and teaching practices oriented to improve student satisfaction,to inform the teaching and learning reform of relevant courses.
