摘 要:口腔医学科目繁杂,疾病种类众多,知识体系庞大,内容抽象,并且存在大量需要学生掌握的技能型知识。但传统的口腔医学教学中,主要以PPT课堂授课为主,存在教学手段单一及填鸭式教学等问题,故本科生在学习过程中常感到学习负担重,难以理解,进而影响学习效率和积极性。虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)借助其多感知性、交互性以及构想性的特点,在医学教育领域已经得到了广泛的讨论应用。在此根据教研室多年教学经验,总结归纳基于VR技术的形象化、模块化、病例主导及情景模拟等多种教学方法在口腔医学教学中的应用体会,旨在提高本科生对口腔医学的学习效率及兴趣,促进口腔医学教学效果的提升。The subject of stomatology is complex,the disease is numerous,the knowledge system is huge,the content is abstract,and there are a lot of technical knowledge to master.However,in traditional stomatology teaching,PPT is the main teaching method,and there are some problems such as single teaching means and cramming teaching,so undergraduates often feel heavy learning burden in the learning process,which is difficult to understand,thus affecting the learning efficiency and enthusiasm.Virtual reality(VR)technology has been widely discussed and applied in the field of medical education by virtue of its characteristics of multi-perception,interaction and conception.This article summarizes the application experience of various teaching methods based on VR technology such as visualization,modularization,caseled and situational simulation in the teaching of stomatology,aiming at improving the learning efficiency and interest of undergraduates in stomatology,and promoting the improvement of the teaching effect of stomatology.
