摘　　要：文章分析了综合化学实验在实践教学过程中存在的问题,通过对问题的分析提出了综合化学实验题目的设计原则:环保安全、综合设计和易于实践。以“天然产物挥发油提取、组分分析及抗氧化性测试”的综合化学实验教学为例,阐述了综合化学实验教学设计、过程安排以及过程考核指标等内容。进一步完善了综合化学实验教学体系,可有效提升综合化学实验的教学质量与效果。This work analyzed the problems existing in the practical teaching of comprehensive chemical experiments.The design principles of environmental protection and safety,comprehensive design and easy practice were proposed to design the comprehensive chemical experiments through the problems analysis.The teaching design,process arrangement and assessment indicators of the comprehensive chemical experiment were introduced with the experiment of“extraction of volatile oil from natural products,component analysis and antioxidant test”.This paper further improved the teaching system of comprehensive chemistry experiments.It can effectively improve the teaching quality and effect of comprehensive chemical experiments.
