摘　　要：以培养创新型人才为目标,从培养创新型教师的必要性、理论教学改革、实验教学改革、完善课程考核方式等四个方面,探索了精细化学品化学教学中培养学生创新能力的新型教学方法,为培养满足社会发展需求的高素质人才提供了新的途径。From the training goal of innovative talents,this paper explores a new teaching method to cultivate students innovative ability in fine chemistry teaching from four aspects:the necessity of innovative teachers,theoretical teaching reform,experimental teaching reform and improving curriculum assessment methods,so as to provide a new way to cultivate high-quality talents required by social development.
