摘　　要：数字经济发展创造了更多的就业机会和岗位。各行业正在加快数字化转型进程,越来越多的劳动者选择数字化就业岗位。河北省高度重视数字经济发展,着力畅通数字化就业渠道,将数字经济领域人才纳入各类人才计划支持范围,推动数字经济赋能高质量就业。但河北省数字化就业也面临着人才短缺、服务体系不够完善等问题。同时,数字经济的发展也对劳动者的知识结构、专业技能提出了更高的要求,就业扩容提质仍存在问题。在新形势下,河北省应统筹落实各项就业促进政策,拓展就业渠道,优化就业服务,改善就业环境,全面提升数字化人才职业技能,构建高效的数字化就业服务体系,多措并举,促进人才高质量充分就业,为河北省数字经济发展提供有力的支撑和保障。The development of the digital economy has created more job opportunities and positions.All industries are accelerating the process of digital transformation,and more and more workers choose digital jobs.Hebei Province attaches great importance to the development of the digital economy,focuses on unblocking digital employment channels,includes talents in the field of the digital economy in the support scope of various talent plans,and promoting the digital economy to empower high-quality employment.However,digital employment in Hebei Province also faces problems such as talent shortage,and inadequate service system.At the same time,the development of the digital economy has also put forward higher requirements for the knowledge structure and professional skills of workers,and there are still many uncertainties in the expansion and improvement of employment.Under the new situation,Hebei Province should coordinate and implement various employment promotion policies,expand employment channels,optimize employment services,improve the employment environment,comprehensively enhance the professional skills of digital talents,build an efficient digital employment service system,take multiple measures to promote high-quality and full employment,and provide strong support and guarantee for the development of the digital economy in Hebei Province.
