摘  要:学习动机对推动学生学习思政课达到“入耳、入脑、入心”成效具有重要影响。党的十八大以来,我国高校“概论”课建设取得一系列巨大成效,高校大学生“概论课”的学习动机情况有了较大的改善,但仍然存在学习基础有限、学习需要较低、学习态度消极、功利色彩明显、教师教学方法不能很好地契合学生实际等问题,制约了学生学习动机作用的发挥。该文基于ARCS动机模型,提出通过激发和培育大学生正确的学习动机、引发学生关注、增强学生切身关联、激发学生自信心、使学生获得学习满意等策略,激发大学生学习思政课的动机。Students’learning motivation has an important impact on promoting students’learning of ideological and political courses to achieve the effect of“entering the ear,the brain and the heart”.Since the eighteenth national congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of great achievements has been made in the construction of the Introduction course in Chinese colleges and universities,college students’learning motivation for the course has improved greatly,but there are still some factors restricting the role of students’learning motivation,such as a limited learning foundation,low learning needs,negative learning attitude,utilitarianism,and failure of teachers’teaching methods to fit students’actual situation.Based on the ARCS motivation model,it is proposed to stimulate the learning motivation of college students for ideological and political courses by stimulating and cultivating their correct learning motivation,arousing their attention,enhancing their personal connection,stimulating their self-confidence,and obtaining learning satisfaction.
