摘　　要：高中学段是培养青少年科学创新素养的奠基阶段。“上海市青少年科学创新实践工作站”项目遵循高中生认知特点和创新实践教育规律,整合利用高校科研院所资源,确立“分类策划、循序渐进”的基本原则,以“注重过程、实践为主”为主轴,以“整合资源、多方联动”为策略,以“科学记录、全面评价”为准则,通过探究性科学实验课题的设计与实践,创新高中阶段创新人才培养模式,有效拓展了上海青少年科创教育活动整体参与的广度和深度。High school is the foundation stage of cultivating teenagers’scientific innovation literacy.Shanghai Youth Science Innovation Practice Workstation Project follows the cognitive characteristics of senior high school students and the law of innovation practice education,integrates and utilizes the resources of scientific research institutes in colleges and universities,innovates the training mode of innovative talents in senior high school through the design and practice of exploratory scientific experimental topics,and effectively improves the breadth and depth of the teenagers’participation in science and innovation education activities.
