摘 要:“互换性原理及技术测量”是工科机械类、近机械类各专业必修的重要技术基础课程,从几何量精度或误差的角度分析和研究零件与机构,是联系设计类课程和工艺类课程的纽带和桥梁。通过主要介绍“互换性原理及技术测量”课程的性质和任务,针对课程的内容和两“多”两“强”的特点,对教学方法进行了研究和探索。得出可从有主有次合理安排课程内容和学时、理论教学与实验教学有机融合、充分利用多媒体等先进教学手段、开展案例研究式教学、加强授课形式的互动性几方面改进教学方法,提高教学质量。Interchangeability Principle and Technical Measurement is an important technical basic course required by all majors of mechanical engineering and related majors.It analyzes and studies the parts and mechanisms from the perspective of geometric precision or error.It is the link and bridge between process courses and design courses.In this paper,the nature and task of the Interchangeability Principle and Technical Measurement course is mainly introduced.According to the contents and the characteristics of the course,proper teaching methods are studied and explored.It shows that the teaching methods and the teaching quality can be improved from the following aspects:arranging the course content and class hours rationally,integrating theoretical teaching with experimental teaching,making full use of advanced teaching means such as multimedia,carrying out case study teaching,and strengthening the interaction between teachers and students.
