双创背景下高职院校学生就业创业机制优化研究

摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生数量激增,就业创业形势的严峻性日益凸显。为做好教育联动工作,高职院校应当加强对学生就业创业机制的优化与革新,立足于就业与创业机制建设的支持条件,解读双创背景下社会对学生就业创业的帮扶机制,分析校园教育弊端并制定合理的对策,去优化就业创业机制,以期提高整体教育质量,为学生就业创业扫清障碍。In recent years,the number of college graduates has increased sharply,and the seriousness of the employment and entrepreneurship situation has become increasingly prominent.In order to do a good job in education linkage,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the optimization and innovation of students’employment and entrepreneurship mechanisms,based on the support conditions for the construction of employment and entrepreneurship mechanisms,interpret the social assistance mechanism for students’employment and entrepreneurship in the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,analyze the drawbacks of campus education,and formulate reasonable countermeasures to optimize the employment and entrepreneurship mechanism,with a view to improving the overall quality of education and clearing the obstacles for students’employment and entrepreneurship.
