摘　　要：教师考核评价改革是“双高”建设的重要内容,是落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的重要举措,更是发挥教育评价指挥棒作用的重要实践。本文以江西陶瓷工艺美术职业技术学院为例,从高职教师考核评价体系构建及其优化创新、高职教师考核评价体系运行实施机制构建、实践成效三个方面从理论到实践全面阐述了教师考评机制改革进程,以期为其他院校提供参考和借鉴。The reformation of teacher evaluation is the main content of“Double-high Level”construction,is the important measure to implement the“Overall Plan for Deepening Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era”,is also the major practice to play the role of educational evaluation baton.Take Jiangxi Arts and Ceramics Technology Institute for example,this paper comprehensively expounds the reform process of the teacher evaluation system from theory to practice from three aspects:the construction and optimization of the higher vocational teacher evaluation system,implementation mechanism of higher vocational teacher evaluation system,and the practical effect,in order to provide reference for other colleges and universities.
