基于大型开放式网络课程平台的性与艾滋病健康教育类课程现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国大型开放式网络课程(MOOC)平台中性与艾滋病健康教育类课程现状,以期为该类课程的建设与发展提供依据。方法截至2021年7月,搜索“中国大学MOOC”“智慧树”“学堂在线”“学银在线”等MOOC平台的课程名称中包含“性”“艾滋病”及“生殖健康”任一字符的课程,对课程相关信息进行提取、整理和分析。结果纳入的20门课程中,有3门多平台运行课程,“智慧树”和“中国大学MOOC”平台为主要运行平台;“双一流”高校发布课程占44.4%;“智慧树”和“学银在线”提供了明确的学时数;课程累积平均选课和平均单期选课中位人数分别为16801人、4387人,平均开课中位期次为4期;课程授课内容主要聚焦在“生殖系统解剖与生理、妊娠与分娩、艾滋病基础知识”等知识点。结论基于MOOC平台开设的性教育课程数量多,但各平台运行不平衡,授课内容中艾滋病相关知识涉及甚少,应进一步加强该类课程内容建设。Objective To understand the current status of sex and human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)health education courses on massive open online courses(MOOC)platforms in China,in order to provide a basis for construction and development of these kind of courses.Methods As of July 2021,courses that contained"sex","HIV/AIDS"and"reproductive health"in the course name on"Chinese University MOOC","Wisdom Tree","Xuetang Online"and"Xueyin Online"were searched.The related information of the courses were extracted,organized and analyzed.Results Among the 20 courses included,3 courses were run on different platforms simultaneously."Wisdom Tree"and"Chinese University MOOC"platforms are the central course platform.Courses published by"Double Tops"universities accounted for 44.4%."Wisdom Tree"and"Xueyin Online"provided precise credit hours.The average cumulative median number and average median number of course applicants were 16,801 and 4,387,respectively.The average median number of course sessions was 4.The course contents mainly focus on"anatomy and physiology of the reproductive system,pregnancy and childbirth,basic knowledge on HIV/AIDS",and other knowledge points.Conclusions There are a large number of sex education courses based on the MOOC platform.Yet,the operation of each platform is unbalanced as well as HIV/AIDS-related knowledge in the courses was little.The construction of this type of course content should be further strengthened.
